| 摘 要： | 读者服务工作是图书馆的中心工作,是图书馆一切工作的出发点和归宿。高校图书馆读者服务工作受网络环境的影响,在服务观念、内容、手段、方式及质量等方面发生了变化,针对这些变化找到搞好读者服务工作的相应对策。
