| 摘 要： | 立足于经济学视角对体育无形资产若干基本理论问题展开分析,以无形资产为研究出发点,对体育无形资产内涵、外延和基本内容进行概述;从资产管理方式转变、经营模式转变和观念转变等方面谈及体育无形资产研究意义;阐述了体育无形资产产权界定的经济理论依据及体育无形资产产权现实界定情况;对体育无形资产定价进行分类（知识型和权力型）探析。
