| 摘 要： | 职业学校肩负着为社会培养合格技能型人才的重任，但职业学校的生源质量差，学生管理难度大，职业学校的德育工作面临更多的挑战。新形势下加强职业学校德育工作既要用传统的德育方法，也要适应新形势，不断创新德育的新方法。本文结合实际介绍了职业学校德育工作的几条有效途径。
