| 摘 要： | 诚信是人类社会特有的道德现象,高校招生考试事关考生的切身利益。高校招生考试对社会诚信规则的恪守与背叛,不仅影响高等学校人才选拔的质量、招考管理机构和高等学校的诚信形象, 更重要的是影响高校招生的公平性和公正性。在市场经济和高等教育大众化背景下,确保高校招生考试的公平性和公正性成为高校招生考试的主要目标和工作内容,构建高校招生考试诚信环境的基础性作用日益突显。

| Abstract: | Credit is the unique moral phenomenon of human beings, the college admission and examination is closely related to the benefits of the candidates. Obeying or rebeling the credit principles of the society will not only influence the quality of talents chosen by the higher education institutions, affect the public image of the examination administration authorities and the higher education institutions, but more important, influence the equity and fairness of the admission and examination. With market economy and mass higher education as the background, it is more and more significant to ensure the equity and fairness of the admission and examination, and also construct a credit environment for the college admission and examination. |
