| 摘 要： | 引进外资是各国经济建设中的一个重要环节.对外资的规范和监管,尤其是对涉及到国家产业安全战略等重要颔域的外资监管,更不容忽视.文章在解构美国国防业对其外资约束方面的法规制度和监管模式的基础上,分析探讨了如何就我国建立产业安全战略和外资监管体系的思路和建议.
