| 摘 要： | 21世纪,国有制造业在经济全球化趋势下面临着新贸易保护主义与严峻的资源环境压力,寻求可持续发展之路是一种必然。循环经济发展模式是实现可持续发展的一个重要途径。因此,基于3R原则的绿色制造、再制造工程、生态工业园同时也成为国有制造业发展循环经济的重要手段。

| Abstract: | The trend of globalization is becoming more and more powerful in the 21st century.When the national manufacturing industry is fast developing,it also does her best to find the way of sustainable development.The mode of cycle economics development is an important way for realizing the sustainable development,while building eco-industrial parks is more significant means for developing the cycle economics.Nowadays,it is especially apparent of the competition among different brands under the market economy.It starts an innovative method for the national manufacturing industry with the organic combination between the mode of cycle-economic development and trademark stratagem. |
