| 摘 要： | 新建地方本科院校学科建设起步较晚,基础薄弱,在工作中存在许多误区：没有正确认识高校学科发展使命;没有正确理解特色学科与优势学科的内涵;学科建设等同于重点学科建设;忽略学科的组织化建设等。根据新建地方本科院校的特点,提出学科建设应采取的对策：明确高校的学科使命,实现教学、科研、社会服务之间的互相融合;立足地方,凝炼特色,打造优势;做好学科发展规划,正确处理重点学科与一般学科关系;加强学科组织建设等。

| Abstract: | Due to short history and weak foundation in discipline construction at newly-upgraded local universities,many misunderstandings arise such as improper understanding of discipline development mission,inappropriate interpretation of characteristic disciplines and leading disciplines,mistaking discipline con-struction as the construction of key disciplines and neglect of the relevant institutional development in discipline construction.Targeted at these problems and based on the characteristics of local universities,this paper brings forward corresponding measures for discipline construction as follows： to clarify the mission of discipline development to integrate teaching,scientific research with social services;to create and form characteristic and leading disciplines in accordance with regional development;to properly ad-just the relations between key disciplines and common ones;and to strengthen the relevant institutional development in discipline. |
