摘    要:基于搜寻匹配理论建构农民工职业培训模型,即"MVM+E"模型,"MVM"分别指征三个指标体系:农民工(migrant labors)职业培训评估体系(M)、预就职岗位(vacancy)分析体系(V)和人职匹配(matching)结合体系(M);"E"则代表影响职业培训搜寻匹配模型建立的环境(environment)变量.在此基础上,有针对性地提出相关政策,以帮助农民工科学规划职业生涯,提升农民工就业质量.

Abstract:The migrant labors vocational training model,that is,"3+1"model,based on the theory of searching and matching. The"3"refers to three indicator systems,named the vocational training system for migrant labors,job analysis system for entrance posts,combination system between vacancy and job hunters. The"1"indicates environment variable which affects the foundation of migrant labors vocational training model. Based on the model,this paper proposes corresponding advice which aims to help migrant la-bors in planning their career scientifically and improving their employment quality.
