| 摘 要： | 以高技术创业企业为研究对象，界定了高技术创业企业的基本内涵，在此基础上，探讨了它在技术创新方面的基本特征，即较强的创新动力以及较弱的创新能力。因此，必须科学地引入适当的外部资源以支持高技术创业企业的技术创新。
