| 摘 要： | 在环境复杂多变和应激的运动情境中,动作技能的内隐学习有着显著的优势,这已经成为现阶段研究者关注的一个热点问题,但如何进行动作技能的内隐学习,相关的研究却很少.采用文献综述法,详细对当今动作技能内隐学习领域使用较为成熟的无错学习法、外部注意力集中策略和类比学习技术进行了分析与探讨,指出了这些方法在学习指导中的优点与不足之处,并在此基础上提出了有关动作技能内隐学习在方法学上存在的问题和未来发展的可能方向:1)研究的生态性问题;2)不同群体内隐学习的差异性问题;3)内隐学习的遗传性问题;4)加强对动作技能内隐学习的方法与技术探索.
