| 摘 要： | 监察制度在封建国家政权中的作用至关重要，它不仅监察官吏的违法行为，维护封建统治秩序的相对稳定，打击贪污渎职，以防范封建政治的腐败，而且在制约君权和相权，调整地主阶级内部矛盾方面，也有一定的作用。在世界中世纪史上，我国发展成熟的监察制度为他国所少见。

| Abstract: | Supervision system is great importance for the feudalist regime.It supervises the irregularities of bureaucracy,vindicates the relative stability of the feudalist government,strikes corruption and malpractice in order to keep away the corruption of the feudalist government, and it restricts regality ministry,adjust the internal conflict of landocracy as well.In the history of world middle ages,the mature supervision system of our country is quite rare. |
