中国地方政府领导胜任力模型研究

摘    要:胜任力模型提供了一个整合所有人力资源功能和服务的通用的工具和方法,它能帮助所有员工、公司甚至整个社会在未来更具挑战的年代中工作效率更高。因此,研究地(市)党政正职领导的胜任力模型,介绍研究地(市)党政正职领导胜任力模型的方法,并运用行为事件访谈、问卷调查、统计分析等方法实际建立地(市)党政正职领导的胜任力模型有着重要的现实意义。

Abstract:Competence model provides a tool and method that could combine all functions and service of human resources together and can help all staffs,whole company and even the whole society to work more efficiently in the future.The thesis discuss the concept of competence as well as analyzes the significance of competence model of Chinese local government leadership.The thesis focuses discussion on how to establish the competence model of Chinese local government leadership based on the administration characteristic and introduce the use of model.
