| 摘 要： | 目前，海峡两岸妈祖文化政策现状既有机遇，也有挑战。其机遇在于：闽台妈祖文化发展规划的大力支持，两岸妈祖文化产业细化政策的相继出台；但是海峡两岸妈祖文化政策存在政策不明晰，海峡两岸妈祖文化政策经济推力有待提升，海峡两岸妈祖文化政策人才需求无法满足。由于妈祖文化政策的制定主体参与程度不同，妈祖文化政策的制定环境不同，妈祖文化政策执行方式不同，因此要发挥政府主体功能，完善妈祖文化政策的制定环境，促进妈祖文化政策的落实执行的力度。

| Abstract: | There are opportunities and challenges in the policies for Mazu culture in Chinese Mainland and Taiwan. In terms of opportunity, the development of Mazu culture in Fujian and Taiwan enjoys great support, and specific policies for industriali- zing Mazu culture across the strait have been published one after another. However, there is obscurity in the policies of Mazu cul- ture across the Taiwan Strait, the economic thrust for Mazu cultural policies need strengthened, and the there is shortages in tal- ents specialized in the Mazu cultural policies. The degrees of involvement of policy makers, the policy-making environments and the ways for implementing policies across the Strait are different, so the governments should play their main function, perfect the environment for making Mazu cultural policies to boost the implementation of these policies. |
