| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法，对川南内江、自贡、宜宾、泸州四市中学生的体育态度与行为现状进行了调查，分析存在的问题，为促进学生体质健康发展，形成良好的体育态度和行为，提出了相关建议，为中学体育教学改革研究提供一些参考依据．
