| 摘 要： | 随着人类步入21世纪，环境污染、大气变暖、水土流失、能源枯竭等生态危机问题已经席卷全球，保护我们共同的家园——人类赖以生存的地球的呼声日益高涨。如何在保障经济发展和科学进步的前提下，构建资源节约型、环境友好型社会，实现人与自然和谐共处，人与社会共荣发展，是新时期我们亟待解决的重大问题。

| Abstract: | Based on cultural development in Warring States Period, the traffic conditions in Western Liaoning Province were greatly improved in Qin and Han Dynasties. There are also some factors that cannot be neglected for the traffic improvement. The extension of traffic to the coastal area in Western Liaoning Province benefits from the natural condition of the Liaoxi Corridor. But ecological changes bring about great effect on the traffic of Western Liaoning Province. It is recorded that when there is flood, the coastal road is unavailable, which reminds people of the damage to the road caused by the sea water. |
