超声波辅助提取丹桂粗多糖的工艺研究

摘    要:以丹桂为原料,通过单因素和正交试验研究超声波提取多糖的工艺条件。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:超声波功率480W、液料比1:25(g/mL)、提取时间25min。此条件下丹桂多糖的提取率为10.39%。提取效果影响大小的先后顺序为提取功率﹥料液比﹥提取时间。

Abstract:In this study,the process conditions for extracting polysaccharides from Osmanthus fragrans Lour. with the assistance of ul-trasound were optimized by single factor and orthogonal array design methods. The optimal extraction process conditions were determined as follows:ultrasound power,480 W;and material/liquid ratio,1:25(g/mL)for an extraction duration of 25 min. Under these conditions,the ex-traction yield of polysaccharides from Osmanthus fragrans Lour. was 10.39%. The decreasing order of importance of the three process con-ditions affecting polysaccharide extraction was ultrasound,power material/liquid ratio and extraction duration.
