| 摘 要： | 介绍了用有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液的物理和化学方法，对化学方法中的接枝共聚和嵌段或交替共聚的原理和工艺做了分析，对以硅丙乳液为主要成膜物质的外墙涂料的配制过程及所用的设备、涂装施工工艺也做了概括性的说明．有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液过程中存在的问题是：物理共混法的改性效果差，化学共聚法的反应不容易控制．从发展趋势看，若能解决化学共聚法的问题，硅丙乳液因其高耐候性、耐污染性和长的使用寿命而将成为外墙乃至整个建筑用乳胶漆行业的主导产品．

| Abstract: | The process of organic silicon compond revised crylic latex by physical & chemical method is introduced.The principle and technics of graft polymerization & embedment or alternation polymerization in chemical mothord were analysed.The organic silicon compond revised crylic latex was used as film-forming things in outer wall coatings.The manufacturing and daubing of this kind of coatings was narrated recapimlatively.Physical mixing can not get good result.Chemical co_polymerization can not be controlled easily.If the problem can be solved,this kind of latex will be the mainstream of outer wall paint,even be the whole latex paint used in construction trade. |
