| 摘 要： | 运用测试、观察、文献资料、数理统计等研究方法,对2006-2007年在秦皇岛训练基地集中冬训的优秀青年女篮的体能和基本技术进行测试,了解冬训的效果,为领导决策和各运动队以后的训练提供依据。研究表明：在冬训期间女篮队员体能和基本技术的整体水平都有不同程度的提高,冬训效果比较显著,达到了集中训练的目的。
