| 摘 要： | 真人秀节目作为近些年备受关注的电视节目类型，以其独特的真实性吸引着受众，但似乎难以走出同质化、娱乐化的困境。在广电总局下达“限娱令”之后，国内的电视真人秀节目纷纷探索创新发展的新路径。然而在这种尝试中，真人秀节目过度娱乐化和低俗化的现象依然存在。根据弗洛伊德的“人格结构”理论，解构真人秀节目的“本我”、“自我”和“超我”，研究节目倾向低俗化的失衡现状，从节目的价值导向、服务功能、媒体公信力及电视媒介发展四个方面分析了“三我失衡”的危害，可以从“三我和谐”的平衡中探索真人秀节目的创新发展模式。

| Abstract: | As a type of TV program attracted much attention in recent years, reality show is drawing large audi- ence with its unique authenticity. But it seems hard to overcome the difficult situation of homogenization and enter- tainment. After China＇s State Administration of Radio, Film and Television ordered ＂ Cutback on TV Entertain- ment＂, domestic reality show makers began to explore new way of innovation and development. In this attempt, however, the phenomenon of excessive entertainment and vulgarization still exists. Based on Freud＇s theory of ＂Per- sonality Structure＂, this article discusses the unbalance situation of TV vulgarization by deconstructing the reality show from ＂Id＂, ＂Ego＂ and ＂Super-ego＂. It analyzes the negative effect of ＂Imbalances of Id, Ego and Super- ego＂ from four aspects： value orientation, service function, the media credibility and television media development. Finally, the article explores the innovative development model of reality show according to the balance of ＂＇ Harmony of Id, Ego and Super-ego＂. |
