| 摘 要： | 随着清代科举宾兴在各地的普遍设立，这种专门为科举考生而设立的教育公益基金对基层地方社会的影响也日益深入。一方面，人们日益将捐设宾兴的行为媲关于宋代范仲淹捐建宗族义庄的义举，并进而认为其施惠范围较之宗族义庄更为广泛，故而也便更为难能可贵。有些家族甚至将原本用于宗族祭祀的族产捐为科举宾兴的资产。另一方面，地方士绅推举代表、值年轮管宾兴资产的管理方式逐步取代清代中前期的官府、儒学教官对科举宾兴资产的直接控制，也为清代基层社会“公共领域”的形成与发展提供了实践场所。

| Abstract: | As more and more Keju Binxing established, the influence of one kind of educational non-profit foundation was also deepening on the local society. On the one hand, people believed its ablic scope equalled, e- ven surpassed the Fan＇s Cemetery, which was established by FAN Zhong-yan in Song Dynasty. Some clans even do- nated their property for the Keju Binxing. On the other hand, the new management style of regular chosen and re- placed managers displaced the old management style of the feudal official and the School officials. Then, the public domain of the county gentlemen came into being. |
