| 摘 要： | 科技应用创新服务平台是一个为科技创新创业、技术转移、产业化和产业发展整个过程提供条件支撑的服务体系和保障体系。由于科技应用创新服务平台涵盖了科技创新创业的全过程，需要调动各方资源，涉及多个利益主体，故管理运行机制成为决定平台能否实现既定目标的关键。文章强调树立构建平台管理运行机制三大理念，即公共服务理念、市场化理念及系统化理念。并在此基础上提出了成都科技应用创新服务平台管理运行机制的新构想。

| Abstract: | The service platform for application and innovation of science and technology is a service guarantee system that provides supports of the innovation of science and technology, technology transfer, and research findings commercialization. Covering whole process of innovation of science and technology requires various resources and involves multiple interest subjects, thus management and operation mechanism becomes the key determinant for achieving the given objective of the platform. This paper proposes three ideas such as .the idea of public service, commercialization, and systematization in set-up of management operation mechanism platform. Based on this, a new idea is then presented for the construction of the management and operation mechanism of the Chengdu service platform for application and innovation of science and technology. |
