| 摘 要： | 以爱米丽的恋情为主线，将其一生分为三个阶段：情感压抑期、恋爱期及孤独期，每一阶段都充斥着独特浓郁的悲剧色彩。作为南方旧传统的被规约者，爱米丽对荷墨·伯隆的悲剧爱情撼动的是“南方历史和阶级的整个根基”，且悲剧实属难免。无论是福克纳本人出于同情和敬重，还是杰弗生镇民对传统逝去的痛惜及缅怀，都给爱米丽献上了娇艳夺目的玫瑰花。

| Abstract: | From the view of Emily＇s love, we can divide her life into three stages： passion oppressing period, trying to love period and post-love period. Each period is full of unique and strong tragic feature. As a stipulated person of southern old tradition, Emily＇s love towards Homer gives a challenge to ＂the root of southern history and class＂, so the tragedy is inevitable. No matter from Faulkner＇s sympathy and respect, or the townsfolk＇s lament and memory towards old tradition, a rose should be given for Emily. |
