| 摘 要： | 在以能力为基础的竞争范式中，企业如何培育核心能力，并把核心能力转化为持续竞争优质是战略管理的主要内容。为此，本提出以核心能力为主导逻辑的战略管理，详细探讨了其准则与基础、基因与方法、以及4P战略规划这一核心过程。

| Abstract: | In the paradigm of competence based competition, the main task of strategic management is to cultivate core competence and realize the core competence into sustainable competitive advantage. This provides a new framework of strategic management, which uses core competence as dominant logic. The guideline and base, gene and method, 4P planing process are discussed in detail. |
