| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济文化的飞速发展和社会的加速转型,在高校学生工作不断吐故纳新的发展时期,将社会工作专业手法引入高校学生工作,从教育理念、工作原则、工作手法、队伍建设等方面大力创新,不仅对提升高校学生工作效率有帮助,而且对创新高校学生工作思路大有裨益。
