| 摘 要： | 蔬菜批发市场作为蔬菜流通的主要渠道, 是发展和运作现代蔬菜物流的最佳主体。文章以山东省寿光蔬菜批发市场为例, 通过分析认为, 蔬菜物流运作中存在市场参与主体数量多, 中间费用高; 产品加工程度低, 技术手段落后; 配送中心建设缺乏统一、合理规划和布局等问题。因此, 应规范和壮大蔬菜物流运作主体,提高组织化程度; 减少流通环节, 降低流通成本; 积极推进蔬菜商品流通电子商务网络和信息网络建设。

| Abstract: | As a main source of vegetable circulation,the wholesale market of vegetable is the most optimum subject of developing and operating modern vegetable logistics.This article takes the vegetable logistics of Shouguang vegetable wholesale market in Shandong as an example,and holds that vegetable logistics have the following problems.The number of subjects joining in the market is big.The middle fee is high.The extent of processing products is low.Technology means is laggard.Distribution center lacks universe and logical planning.As for how to develop and perfect vegetable logistics,the author brings forward the following suggestions:strengthen the vegetable logistics operating subjects,and improve the extent of organization;reduce circulation chains,and lower the circulation cost;accelerate the building of electronic commerce and information net of vegetable circulation,etc. |
