大力推进理论创新 繁荣发展教育科学

摘    要:党的十七大报告提出,在中国特色社会主义的伟大实践中要大力推进理论创新,繁荣发展哲学社会科学。这给教育科学研究指明了前进方向。站在新的历史起点上,教育理论创新的紧迫性愈益凸显,教育科研工作者肩负着重要的时代使命。创新是理论发展的本质特征。教育科研工作者要坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进,紧密结合我国经济社会发展、教育改革发展的实际,准确把握我国教育发展的阶段性特征,准确把握实现我国教育又好又快发展的基本要求,研究解决新的问题,推进学术观点、学科体系、研究方法的不断创新。教育科研工作者要大力提倡科学精神,遵守学术规范,弘扬学术道德,扎扎实实地促进学术积累和学术发展。要进一步深化改革,不断提高教育科研的服务水平,不但要重视质量问题,还要重视特色。要确立人才资源是第一资源的思想,建设一支高质量、有特色的专家队伍。要着力于管理体制改革,调动研究人员的主动性、积极性、创造性。要着力于信息资源开发,加强资源建设、专业网络建设。

Making Every Effort to Carry Out Theoretical Innovation and Vigorously Developing Educational Science

Abstract:It is proposed in the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that we should make every effort to carry out theoretical innovation and vigorously develop philosophy and social science in the great practice of Chinese characteristic socialism, which has clearly showed us the direction of advance. Standing at the starting point of new history, the urgency of educational theoretical innovation is given more prominence, and educational researchers shoulder important era missions. Innovation is the essential characteristic of theoretical development. Educational researchers should adhere to emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, and keeping up with the times, closely combine with our economic social development and the reality of educational reform and development, precisely master the stage characteristics of our educational development and the basic requirement to realize our educational sound and rapid development, study how to solve the new problems, and push forward the continuous innovation of academic viewpoint, disciplinary system and research methods. Educational researchers should give great impetus to advocating scientific spirit, follow academic standard,carry forward academic ethics and concretely promote academic accumulation and academic development. To further deepen the reform and continuously improve the service level of educational scientific research, we should emphasize not only quality issues, but also characteristics. We should establish the thought that talent resource is the first resource and construct an expert team of high quality and characteristics. We should push hard to the reform of management system to arouse the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of the researchers. We also should push hard to the development of information resource, and strengthen resource construction and professional network construction.
