| Abstract: | For China and so called old-terrestrials, potato is a kind of crop from overseas, which had created and would continue to create the great influences on the development of the whole humanity. The present paper, from a quite different aspect of research that is rarely concerned, comparatively roughly introduced the cultural significance and social influences of this crop had been contributed to the humanity. |
