摘    要:随着竞技体育的不断发展和运动技术水平的提高,高原训练作为一种辅助训练手段引起国内外体育界的重视,高原训练的实践经验和基础理论都得到了快速的发展和丰富,高原训练的研究也在不断深入。本文讨论了从高原训练到亚高原训练HiLo到IHI到LoHi各种训练手段发展的基本思路,并对其进行比较,分析了各种训练手段的利弊。
