| 摘 要： | 加速农村城镇化进程是实现湖南农村经济跨越式发展的重要保证。为推进湖南农村城镇化进程，应实行城镇化与工业化、知识化、农业现代化同步协调发展的战略；实行与中心城市发展相协调的非均衡择优发展小城镇的战略；实施农村城镇化发动主体的多元化战略。同时，应因地制宜地选择不同区域的农村城镇化模式，市场机制与行政机制相结合，充分发挥政府的宏观调控作用。

| Abstract: | To accelerate the progress of rural urbanization is an important guarantee for realizing leaping forward of rura1 economy in Hunan. In order to advane the progress of rural urbanization in Hunan, we should carry out the strategy in which urbanization, knowledgization, industrialization and argricultural modernization develop coordinately;centre cities and small towns develop coordinately;and carry out diversified strategy of subjects which accelerate rural urbanization. Simultaneously, we should select the model of rural urbanization in different region in the light of local conditions, combine market mechanism and administration mechanism, and bring government's macro - control into full play. |
