| 摘 要： | 社会公平建立在权益平等的基础之上,文章分析了新生代农民工这一弱势群体信息权益缺失的成因,从加强农民工信息权益维护的制度建设,完善教育培训网络,提升农民工信息素质,创造和谐、平等、包容的社会环境,弘扬包容、平等的公共信息服务理念等方面强化了农民工信息权益的保护。
