| 摘 要： | 通过对武汉体育学院、湖北散打队等160名优秀散打退役运动员退役前各阶段年龄特征的调查与分析，得出我国优秀散打运动员的退役类型，提出了我国优秀散打运动员成长过程中各阶段的年龄模式、并在此基础上列出我国优秀散打运动员运动最佳运动成绩保持年限的界定参考。

| Abstract: | Through an investigation and analysis of the age feature in every stage before retirement of 160 elite retired Sanda athletes in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education and Hubei Sanda Team,this research obtains retirement types of Chinese elite Sanda athletes,sets the age model and gives reference data of the best maintaining achievement of Chinese elite Sanda athletes. |
