| Abstract: | This paper considers that the bibliometrics becomes a independent disciplinary, the main factor is its methodoiogical meaning even more,as the characteristic method of information science, bibliometrics has two bas(?)c conditions and it has some characteristics: quantitative, creative, foresightive and dynam(?)c nature, the formation and development of bibliometric method has much inspiration for methodological research of information science. |
