| 摘 要： | 采用教学实验法、文献资料法等研究方法,对上海大学武术课实施《段位制》教学进行实验研究,通过实验和调查反馈的结果分析得出:上海大学武术课实施《段位制》教学改革模式,打开了上海大学武术教学改革的新局面。通过武术《段位制》内容的学习和锻炼,提高了大学生习武兴趣,大学生在速度、力量、协调性、灵敏性、柔韧性等身体素质方面普遍得到了提高,同时掌握了武术技术、技能,逐步学会了自我锻炼的方法,获得社会认可的国家段位证书,产生了良好的教学效果,提高了武术课教学质量。 |
