知识型员工绩效考核方法分析

摘    要:在知识经济时代,关于知识型员工绩效考核有几种考核方法:目标管理法、360度反馈评价法、关键绩效指标法和平衡计分卡。分析了这几种考核方法在考核知识型员工时出现的不足之处,提出了将目标管理法,360度反馈评价法和关键绩效指标法有机结合起来,把组织目标与个人目标,定性指标与定量指标有机结合起来对知识型员工进行考核的绩效考核方法。

Analysis on the Performance Assessment Method for Cultural Staff
Abstract:At the knowledge economic age, there are some performance assessment methods for cultural staff, such as Management by Objective, 360 Degrees Feedback Appraisal, Key Process Indication and Balanced Score Card. This article analyses the drawbacks of these assessment methods when they assess the cultural staff, and puts forward a new assessment method for cultural staff, which is combines Management by Objective, 360 Degrees Feedback Appraisal with Key Process Indication, combines the company aim with the personal aim, the non-ration indications with the ration indications.
