| 摘 要： | 解决棚户区改造回迁居民的就业与再就业问题,让他们住得进,住得起,住得稳,并逐渐提高他们的生活水平,是当前民生工程的一项紧迫任务。失业者就业问题,归根结底是失业者作为一个整体与政府之间的博弈。我们通过建立博弈模型并进行分析,试图探求政府与失业者在就业问题上的博弈规律。在考证抚顺市棚户区改造回迁居民就业与再就业工作的基础上,对如何进一步完善棚户区改造回迁居民就业长效机制提出建议。 |

| Abstract: | People's livelihood project is currently an urgent task.Solve the employment and re-employment issue of relocation residents in squatter areas,make sure that they can live into the new house,afford it and live steadily,and gradually raise their standard of living.Employment of the unemployed,in the final analysis is a game between unemployed as a whole with the government.Through the establishment of our game model and analysis in an attempt to seek the game laws on the issue of employment in the Government and the unemployed.Based on Researching in Fushun City,the problem of employment and reemployment work of relocation of residents in squatter areas,suggesting that how to further improve the employment long-term mechanism. |
