| 摘 要： | 本文对《信息网络传播权保护条例》(草案)中技术措施法律保护进行了总体评价,指出草案中对技术措施提供的法律保护存在一定的局限性,同时对草案中涉及技术措施保护的相关条款提出了一些修改建议。
