| Abstract: | The current situation of fundamental education resources in Nantong is that we have enough"soft"resources while lack"hard"resources;more and more teachers of good quality are living while the need for education is rising.To adjust the fundamental education resources,we should take the following strategies:to put stress on both the soft and hard resources;to lay emphasis on both the future development and the current situation. |
