| 摘 要： | 我国民族传统体育历史悠久，化底蕴深厚，是人类社会的一大宝贵遗产。它经历了近一个世纪的震荡，改革开放之后，走上了全面复兴的道路，目前对民族传统体育的研究有了质的突破。但基础理论还很薄弱，缺乏系统的理论体系，应用性理论研究范围较窄，仍有很多领域需要进一步的开发。

| Abstract: | Folk traditional sports, which has a long history and wide culture, is one of human great heritages. It has vibrated for almost a century, after reformation, it is completely being renewed. Currently the research of folk traditional sports have made a breakthrough m nature and matured gradually. But the study of basic theory is still weak and lack of systematic theory. The scope of application theory is quite narrow, So there are some areas to be deeply researched. |
