| 摘 要： | 随着教育信息化的推进,中小学教师信息技术培训已经成为教师继续教育的主要内容之一。本文从中小学教师信息技术培训的现状出发,探讨如何在中小学教师信息技术培训中更有效地运用绩效技术来提高培训的效果,以期为中小学教师信息技术培训工作开辟一条新的思路。
