我国女子速滑运动员1000m比赛速度战术的探析

摘    要:运用录像观察法、数据统计法、文献资料法,对第20届冬奥会优秀速滑运动员1000m比赛战术进行了研究。通过对国内外优秀速滑运动员1000m比赛的分段时间与速度及战术运用的比较与分析,统计出我国运动员与国外运动员相比,在起跑绝对速度上没有差异,而且同国外运动员相比还快了一点,表现出我国运动员在比赛前200m段落中速度较快。由于前200m滑行速度过快,消耗了较大的体能,因此,随着距离的延长,在后程距离段落中速度下降幅度较大。同国外运动员运动成绩相比存在着较大差距。同时,我国速滑运动员在全程距离比赛中体力分配不合理,导致200~1000m两个段落速度下降过大,最终成绩不理想,形成战术运用不当,与国外运动员相比形成较大的反差。

Abstract:Using video observation, data statistics and documentation, this article studies tactics on 1000m competition of top speed skaters in the 20th Winter Olympic Games. By comparison and analysis on segment, speed and tactics of Chinese and foreign top speed athletes in 1000m competition, it makes a statistics and the results show that there is no difference between Chinese and foreign athletes on starting absolute speed and compared with foreign athletes, Chinese athletes'speed is a little faster, which shows Chinese athletes'speed is fastet in the top 200m distance. Since the former 200m taxiing too fast for a greater physical exertion, so as to their speed decreased greatly in the rest distance, and there is still a big gap between the results. Meanwhile, skaters in our physical distribution of applauses from the competition, speed in two paragraphs between 200m and 1000m is too large, which leads to ultimately unsatisfactory results, the formation of the improper use of tactics, and the contrast with foreign athletes becomes larger.
