| 摘 要： | 美国排球竞赛管理具有提高与普及并重,多个业余体系并举,大学与中学相互衔接,中学与排协相互补充,运动员比赛次数多以及参赛人数多等特点.美国竞技排球也存在男女发展不平衡和难以职业化两大难题,美国排球界一直在致力于解决相关问题.从5个方面提出了旨在发展我国排球的启示性意见. |

Characteristics of American volleyball match administration and its enl ightenment to China |

| Abstract: | The study of t he characteristics of t he American volleyball match administ ration showed t hat t he U. S paid equal attention to t he promotion and pop ularity of volleyball . There were many am- ateur volleyball associations. The college volleyball and high school volleyball went side by side. And t he high school volleyball teams worked wit h t he volleyball associations. There were many student s playing volleyball and many matches. It was t he fact t hat men’s athletic volleyball and women’s volley- ball were not developed in balance and it was hard for t hem to be professional . In t his paper , sugges- tions in view of t he Chinese volleyball development were proposed f rom five aspect s. |
