| Abstract: | Student Counselor has been always simply regarded as a supervisor in the regular university educational and administrative work whose performance is judged and evaluated mainly or merely from an administrative point. However, together with the establishment and development of market economy, serving students individual needs has become a new duty for the Colmselor. From this point of view, it is a necessity to renew the requirements of the qualities and duty areas of a university Counselor. |
