| 摘 要： | 本文以问卷的形式调查了37所学校的英语师资,发现小学英语师资是一支正处在发展中的年轻队伍,教师普遍教学任务重,多数学校师资不足。本文还对特殊学校和普通学校、东部地区和中西部地区、城市和乡村的教师情况进行了对比,发现地区之间师资存在一定的差异。最后根据调查结果分析了英语教育专业的人才培养方向。

| Abstract: | This paper investigated English teacher staff in 38 schools in China by questionnaire. Most of primary school English teachers are young and over-working since teachers are in need in primary schools, especially in the west of China. In addition, it compared the teacher staff in different schools and different areas. Finally, it analyzed the training goal for English education majors. |
