| 摘 要： | 在产教融合、创新创业教育(双创教育)兴起的背景下,系统性研究企业协同高职院校开展双创教育的机制具有重要意义。首先,分析了协同开展创新创业教育的内在逻辑,即价值目标的互容性、资源配置的互补性、教育效果的互利性;其次,从意识-动力-行动三个层面梳理了企业协同开展双创教育的现实状况;最后,提出了要构建着眼长远、产学结合的目标导向机制,谋求共赢、利益联结的动力机制,以及资源整合、双元互动的运行机制。

| Abstract: | In the context of the rise of industry-education integration and mass entrepreneurship and innovation education,it is of great significance to systematically study the mechanism of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education carried out by enterprises cooperating with higher vocational colleges.Firstly,this paper analyzes the internal logic of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education collaboratively carried out including compatibility of value goals,complementarity of resource allocation and mutual benefit of educational effects.Secondly,this paper sorts out the current situation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education collaboratively carried out by enterprises from three aspects:consciousness,motivation and action.Finally,the author proposes to construct three types of mechanisms including a long-term goal-oriented mechanism combining industry and academia,a dynamic mechanism seeking win-win results and interest linkages,and an operating mechanism of resource integration and dual interaction. |
