深层生态理论视域下劳动教育促进中职生自我认同的路径研究

摘    要:自我认同对中职学生人格健全和职业能力发展有重要意义。劳动教育的促进作用可以帮助学生在身心合一的劳动实践中达成自我认同。深层生态理论认为劳动教育可以促进本我认同、社会自我认同和生态自我认同。审视劳动教育促进中职生自我认同的现状,发现当前的劳动教育存在促进自主性作用较弱,本我认同受限;引导方向狭窄,社会自我认同受阻;过程缺乏共生意识,生态自我认同受制等问题。基于此,提出发挥劳动教育的自主性,促进中职生本我认同;实现劳动教育多样性,促进中职生社会自我认同;确立劳动教育共生性,促进中职生生态自我认同等建议。

Abstract:Self-identity is of great significance to the development of secondary vocational students'personality and vocational ability.The promotion of labor education can help students to achieve self-identity in the labor practice of physical and mental integration.Deep ecological theory holds that labor education can promote ego-realization,social self-realization and ecological self-realization.The exploration of the current situation of labor education in promoting secondary vocational students'self-identity shows that the current labor education has some problems,such as the weak role of promoting autonomy,the limitation of ego-realization,the narrow direction of guidance,the obstruction of social self-realization,the lack of symbiotic awareness in the process and the restriction of ecological self-realization.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as giving full play to the autonomy of labor education,promoting the self-identity of secondary vocational students,realizing the diversity of labor education,promoting the social self-realization of secondary vocational students,establishing the symbiosis of labor education and promoting the ecological self-realization of secondary vocational students.
