基于心智技能形成三段论的技师研修模式探索

摘    要:针对技师研修中教师重视项目的工作过程而忽视学生学习的内在机制建构等问题,分析了心智技能在技师研修中的作用及心智技能形成三段论与技师研修的关系,提出了基于心智技能形成三段论的技师研修模式,阐述了其内涵特征及构成要素,初步构建了"定向准备、制订方案、操作实施、对比修正、总结反思、评价反馈"等六阶段教学操作流程。

Abstract:During the teaching of technician training,teachers may pay more attention to the working process and neglect the construction of the internal mechanism of students'learning.In the light of the problem,this paper analyzes the role of mental skills in technician training and the relationship between the syllogism of mental skills and the technician training,puts forward the technician training pattern of syllogism based on mental skills,expounds its connotative characteristics and construction elements,and initially constructs the six-stage operation process of teaching,which is"oriental preparation,solution developing,operation implementation,comparative correction,summary-reflection and valuation-feedback".
