| 摘 要： | 单位犯罪，是一种以单位利益或者以单位名义而实施的犯罪，也是一种特殊的犯罪形态，具有不同于自然人犯罪的特征。绝大多数的单位犯罪都是不纯正的单位犯罪。我国对单位犯罪的处罚以“双罚制”为主，也有少量的“单罚制”。单位犯罪在我国越来越为人们所关注，因此要注意正确地认定。

A Brief Analysis On Unit Crime |

| Abstract: | Unit crime is a kind of crime for the benefit of the department or in the name of the unit, and it is a special criminal form, which is different from natural personalcrime. Most unit crime is not absolutely unit crime. Our country has doublepenalty on unit crime in most cases, but there is also a little single - penalty in pratice. In China, the public are paying more attention to it, and it is necessary to testify it correctly. |
