| 摘 要： | 互联网是一把双刃剑，它既为青少年学生德育教育提供了便利和新的舞台，也对德育教育带来了前所未有的挑战。必须树立开放的德育理念，趋利避害，一方面加强对网络和青少年网民的严格管理，另一方面更要吸收网络文化的积极因素，充分利用网络加强正面引导，才能保持思想政治工作的生机与活力。

| Abstract: | Internet is a sword with two edges, which not only provides convenience and a new stage for the moral.educatlon of juvenile students, but also brings new challenges to the moral education. In the new period, we must set up new concept of moral education, pursuit the good points while avoid the bad ones. On the one hand, we must strengthen the management of the Internet and its juvenile visitors, on the other hand, we should take in the active factors of internet culture, strengthen the right guide and keep the vitality and energy of our ideological and political work. |
