| 摘 要： | 成人教育既不等同于普通教育,也不等同于职业教育.其特定的教育定位与教育功能,决定了其独有的特征.成人教育作为一种独立的教育门类,在培养多层次、多规格、有个性的应用型实用人才,满足人民群众不同教育需求方面具有无可替代的作用.

| Abstract: | Adult education is not equal to normal education,nor to vocation educational.It's Special orientation and function results in it's specific characteristic.This paper discusses the advantage of adult education as an independent item of education.And in this paper,the author focuses at the important role in shapening practical students on various levels and scales as well as the necessary function in meeting the need of people. |
