| 摘 要： | 依法治国需要人们的法律意识,而法律认知是法律意识的首要表现。法律认知的培养和提高需要内在的因素和外部的条件。内在的因素主要是指认识主体相信、渴望和需要法律。外部的条件有法律环境和培养、提高的方式方法。

| Abstract: | Governing a country by law calls for people' s legal consciousness, which is embodied chiefly by legal cognition. The development and enhancement of legal cognition require internal factors and external conditions. Internal factors mean that cognitive subjects believe in, long for and need the law. External conditions include a proper legal environment as well as ways and means for the development and enhancement of legal cognition. |
